Document Explorer

Today, we are very pleased to introduce the Document Explorer view, a major upgrade in the way you cab access documents and link them together. The result is a document explorer system similar to those found on Windows and MacOS

Here are the highlights:

Access the Document Explorer using the Caret

Each and every document is now visible in the document explorer

• Click on the document to get a quick preview
• Double click on a document to bring it in the view with all its information 

Search and organize documents

• Find documents using any search criteria
• Organize your documents with simple drag and drops. For example, move an NDA as a child of a Master agreement, or add a contract amendment as a child of the original contract.

Smart suggestions facilitate finding the parent document

• When you work on a document, just click on the Link To menu to let Zendoc automatically find documents with similar parties.
• If the suggestions do not match the document you are looking for, you can use any other search criteria. 
• Once the parent document has been identified, click on it, followed by Linked To to create the relationship
