Workspaces are virtual spaces for your teams with their own set of documents and rules


WARNING: You must be an Administrator to manage Workspaces.

Go to Workspaces



  1. Click your avatar in the top right corner.
  2. Click "Organization settings".
  3. Click "Workspaces" in the left panel.


Add a New Workspace



  1. Go to Workspaces.
  2. Click the "+" Add workspace button.
  3. Enter a name for your workspace.
  4. Validate.


Switch Workspaces



  1. In the header, open the menu
  2. Click the workspace name
  3. Select the new workspace

Workspace now switches to the new one.


Delete a Workspace


⚠️ WARNING: Deleting a Workspace will remove its connected apps and all the documents it contains. This operation is not reversible.



  1. Go to Workspaces.
  2. Click the Delete button on a workspace (trashcan icon).
  3. Enter again the name of your workspace.
  4. Validate.
