Organizing party information is important for your legal documents and we offer many possibilities to manage them

INFO: Watch our video tutorial at the bottom of this page.

Go to the "Parties" section

  1. Open the menu (briefcase icon) in the top right corner.
  2. Click "Parties" in the list.

Options Available

  • Search party name: Use the field to filter the list and find specific parties.
  • Names: The names of your parties. Note that several names can refer to the same parties (see Aliases). You can click the names to see the document(s) in which the parties appear.
  • Aliases: The aliases set for each of your parties. An alias tells the system the different ways to refer to the same parties.
  • Occurrences: The number of documents in which the parties were found.
  • Pins: Set parties as favorites so they are always displayed at the top of the list. Useful when you're often browsing those.
  • Edit: Edit the names and aliases of your parties.
  • Add: Add a new party and its aliases.

Set Aliases

  1. Filter your list with the name of a party if needed.
  2. Click the edit button (pen icon).
