Search Alerts are the perfect way to be informed when new contracts are found that match specific search criteria

Step 1: Add Criteria to your Search
- Go to Search.
- Enter a term in the search field (optional).
- Add any filter you want.
Step 2: Set an Alert
- Click the Save button (bell with a + icon).
- Set the recipient(s) who will receive the alert.
- Set frequency for this alert.
- Set the name of the alert.
- Save.
Disable the Alert
A disabled alert still exists, it's just turned off and can be reactivated later.
There are 2 methods to disable an alert on a search:
- Click on the bell icon (set as active) directly in the saved search.
- Go to the Docbots section, find your alert in the list and toggle the switch off.
Edit the Alert
- Go to the Docbots section.
- Click on the Edit button on your alert (pen icon).
- Edit any option.
- Click the Save button.
