Search Alerts are the perfect way to be informed when new contracts are found that match specific search criteria

Step 1: Add Criteria to your Search



  1. Go to Search.
  2. Enter a term in the search field (optional).
  3. Add any filter you want.


Step 2: Set an Alert



  1. Click the Save button (bell with a + icon).
  2. Set the recipient(s) who will receive the alert.
  3. Set frequency for this alert.
  4. Set the name of the alert.
  5. Save.


Disable the Alert



A disabled alert still exists, it's just turned off and can be reactivated later.

There are 2 methods to disable an alert on a search:

  1. Click on the bell icon (set as active) directly in the saved search.
  2. Go to the Docbots section, find your alert in the list and toggle the switch off.


Edit the Alert



  1. Go to the Docbots section.
  2. Click on the Edit button on your alert (pen icon).
  3. Edit any option.
  4. Click the Save button.
