Link documents together
There are several reasons why you wish to link documents together
- Group amendment or appendix with the original contract
- Group documents of a same topic
From the search view
Step 1: In the search view, click on one of the search result and drag & drop to the Linked Document pane
Step 2: In the search view, click on other search results, and add them to on the items you wish link to
The documents are now linked together.
INFO: There is no limit on the depth of the hierarchy
From the document view
Step 1: Open any document and click on Add to Linked Document in the menu
Step 2: In the Linked Document pane select the document you wish to link the document to, then select the menu and choose click as child
TIP: In the tree view you can reorganize your links by simply dragging and dropping documents
