Extract fields from forms and other documents
Zendoc has the ability to automatically extract fields from forms. To do so, once the file has been brought in into Zendoc, simply open it and Zendoc will automatically detect forms
On the left side you see the forms section indicating the number of fields that have been extracted. Just click on it as shown below.
You can then associate fields with tags.
Click on a specific field and select which tag you want to associate it with. If necessary you can create a new tag definition as shown below. Repeat for the other fields.
You typically do this action only once per type of form as Zendoc will automatically apply this association on similar forms.
